It operates through two business segments: Industrial Business that comprises Cocoa and Food Manufacturers, and Food Service/Retail Business Segment that comprises Gourmet & Specialties and Consumer Products. The company serves the entire food industry, including multinational branded consumer goods manufacturers, who incorporate the company's ingredients in their consumer products.
